A probable contemporary Mino-yaki small plate from the commercially produced “Heian Sakura” series. The shallow, onigiri-like irregular form carries a soft all-over decoration of cherry blossoms and leaves in muted pink, lavender-gray, and green on a warm-white ground, finished with a fine pink-purple rim line. The base bears a blue two-character mark that appears to read 「平安」. A visually matching Japanese retail listing calls this exact form a “Heian Sakura irregular plate (pink),” describes it as Mino ware, and gives dimensions of 14.8 × 14 × H2.5 cm; those published measurements are offered only as a matching-model reference and are not asserted as measurements of this photographed object.
