Tachikichi “Windmill” Blue and Red Porcelain Rice Bowl
THB 226.88
A small Japanese porcelain rice bowl, probably marketed by Tachikichi (たち吉), bearing the blue mark 「橘吉」 beneath the foot. The white bowl has a neatly proportioned footed form, an orange-red rim line, and lively stylized windmill/pinwheel motifs in blue, red-orange, and yellow around the exterior; a single related motif decorates the interior well. The exact pattern name is strongly supported as “windmill” by a current Tachikichi-marked comparable, but the original catalogue, factory, and production date have not been verified. No measurements are inferred from the photographs.
